Personally, I don't determine which actors I choose to see in a movie based on their personal lives. I can safely say that if I did, there would hardly be any films left to see. On the screen she has always proved immensely watchable, as Wild Side proves.

I knew Anne in her middle teens, having grown up in the same shoreline area. She was adorable and sweet, and very sexy beyond her years. I still have some fun and touching photos with her that I'll always cherish.

One thing I can say that seems to have stayed with her through the years was the weight of her determination. She's driven by demons less now it seems than before, but there also seemed to be true joy in her forward motion.

It's good to see that she's found some balance. Most impressive is how, regardless of the material available to her, she remained a very affective presence through it all.
